FAQ'S & Other Stuff

Will the chemicals hurt my child or pet?

No. Everything we spray inside for general treatments is safe for children and pets with these exceptions – we will decline to spray around children under 6 months or those with an outstanding, delicate medical condition. For pets, the only exceptions are birds.

How long will the treatment last?

On average, a general treatment is good for 60-90 days.

Do we need to leave our home/business during treatment?

For general spray, no. For special situations (bedbugs, severe infestations, fleas, etc…), it requires being away for a period of time.

How often do we need service?

For businesses, we recommend monthly; for residences, quarterly. However, we don’t push contracts, and will treat as needed.

What pests do treatments cover?

All pests–creeping, crawling, flying, burrowing; you name it! Some pests require different treatments, but we will let you know up front what is required.

How long do treatments take to dry?

Treatments typically take 20-30 minutes to dry.

How long has Priority Pest Control been doing business?

PPC has been doing business since 2001, but we have decades of pest control experience among our staff.

How can I be prepared for a service call?

For a general treatment, there is almost no preparation required. Although, lack of clutter along baseboards is helpful. For specialized treatments, there is more involved, but we will always let you know beforehand.

Do you offer discounts for military?

We are proud to provide discounts to veterans, active military, and first responders.
